Chef Nikki grew up in a multicultural home of west indian back ground of Jamaica and Honduras. Her mother being Jamaican and her father being from honduras. As a child Nicole was taught by both of her grandmothers how to cook. She has taken both sides and able to create cohesive, flavorful meals, that speak from the heart. She moved with her family from New York City, To Austin, Tx. Did not realize how much of a passion it was for her to share her meals with the world. She and her husband Noel decided to Create a Catering Company with Caribbean food. A specialty, in jamaican, honduran, asian, soulfood and a little of african influence in her meals. There was a need for her flair of food, and fusion of complied deliciousiness. Rich in flavor as well as great textures in her cooking.
Chef Nikki is a mom , wiife ,smart, humourous, kind hearted person. She and her Husband are proud parents of their 10 yrd old boy who is very inquistive , intelligent, humorous, creative and most of all kind hearted boy, and keeps his parents on their toes. As well as a Step mom to a beautiful young woman , who is now 24 yrs old, who is pursuing her college degree in psychiatry. Nicole and Noel are proud parents of both children. Their legacy of creating an ideal business for their kids and family.
Catering to her customers and helping others. Her grandparents made such an impact, of always helping their families. The impact Chef Nikki wants to leave for her family and the world.
