HER Story

Chef Nikki is from the big city of New York. Cultural Background of Jamaica & Honduras. Her roots are deep with family, love, culture, and food. She is a the oldest of 6. She is married with 2 children. Son who is 11 and step daughter who is 26. She loves family first, and intimate time with family is cooking comfort and healthy meals for her family. It has been bond with her family as a child. Taught her children to appreciate the little things. Big things are not always essential. 

ooh What I enjoy about food. The Culture of different foods, vegetables, fruits and how beautiful you can create something.. with a little of something in your cupboard. There have been times as a child, where my father, grandmother and mother would create a cohesive meal. It was the best thing since slice bread. As a child I did not even know we were poor. My family never expressed it nor made it known. Probably until i was in my late teens. My parents sustained life tribulations. Made sure we all understood being a family was great. Biggest accomplishment is love. I pour my love into food. Welcome to ride on this journey with me.
