About Us

Has been Cooking since the age of 9 yrs old, taught by both her Grand mothers. She has dedicated 15 yrs of cooking for families and events. Her Creativity comes into play with her cultural background of Jamaica and Honduras.  Heavy influence on Jamaican side, Due to her mother and Her husband being jamaican. Chef Nikki is a mother and step mother, married over 15 years. Loves her family and always help others to and empowering others. She is very passionate in her craft. She enjoys creating and learning new ways to elevate caribbean meals.
