Chicken Roaster roasted with herbs and spices. The option of sliced chicken . Serving 1 cup 1/2 of poultry. Your Choice of Dark or White meat (your Choice ) option of Gravy on the side.  

Turkey Roasted in the oven with our special marinade and basted with our signature sauce which is mildly spiced. Stuffed with our special stuffing. (optional stuffing) Get slices of turkey either dark or white turkey with gravy on the side.

Smoked turkey , with dry rub and sauce on the side. Slowly smoked up to 8 hours. The turkey can either be jerked or herb and spice turkey. 

The Beef meat of a cows tail. Which is cooked with our Jamaican herbs and spices with peppers, onions, and our special gravy. 

Jamaican rice and peas made with coconut milk 

Honduran marinade made with cilantro, onion, peppers and with green pigeon peas. 

Sweet Potato Yams made on stove top with honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.

Collard greens made with herbs and spices and options of smoked sausage. 

Fried Sweet plantains 

made with mayo, with boiled egg, relish and peppers and sweet green peas. 

different types of yellow and white cheddar cheeses 

made with blended fruits and currants made with spices. 

Slice of Rum Cake 

made with lime & lemon juice and egg whites.
